Aggravated robbery is a class 3 felony with the possibility of up to 16 years in prison and fines of up to $750,000. However, the sentencing can increase to 32 years in prison if during the robbery or while fleeing from the scene the accused used or threatened the use of a deadly weapon or if somebody was seriously injured during the robbery.
